It all stared soon after I read a newspaper article about palmistry. I told a friend about my interest and she suggested I should start by reading her palm. I only knew the basics about the meaning of the lines and bumps but I started telling her other things that just popped into my head. Soon everyone wanted me to give them a ‘reading’. They were even stopping me in the street to ask for one.
It was uncanny how I kept getting things right. To one lady I warned to be careful or she will fall. The next time I saw her she was limping. “I never want a reading from you again” she moaned “because your predictions come true!”
But not all my ‘palm reading’ predictions are bad. The other day I forecast that a man would win £50. The next time I saw him, he was beaming; he had won £49 on the lottery. How can I enhance my gift?
